This upper Westside galley kitchen was a complete renovation. The kitchen’s modern design maximizes storage and brightens up the windowless space.  Perry and his team installed brand-new cabinets, countertops, fixtures, appliances, flooring and lighting to create a kitchen that is both simple and elegant.

This sky loft apartment was completely gutted and renovated to accentuate the loft’s natural light and create a spacious feel. The team focused on the connection and consistency of design across the different areas of the apartment.

NYKB recently completed this full renovation of the Keller Williams Tribeca building.  The building contains a total of nine bathrooms and two large kitchen designs. The upstairs kitchen features a luxurious Bauformat design and the downstairs kitchen presents a more traditional Ultracraft design.
